We work with local suppliers.
We are able to know the origin of the products we use and work in collaboration with producers in the region to guarantee consistent quality.
It also allows us to build lasting relationships with local suppliers and help them grow their businesses. In return, we benefit from higher quality ingredients and greater flexibility to adapt our menu according to the seasons and product availability.
