The restaurant Le Relais de la Croix Blanche, located in Ferney-Voltaire,

is looking for a highly qualified Head Waiter to complete his team in the dining room.

Profile sought:

- Proven Rank Chef qualifications
- Positive, smiling and welcoming
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to manage the stress of service calmly and efficiently
- Good personal presentation
- Good knowledge of French cuisine ( cutting in the room or traditional French products and these wines
- Versatility to accomplish various restaurant maintenance tasks, setting up the room and service itself
- Know how to hold a Rank
. manage the room and coordinate the service
- Courteous communication, positivity and smile towards customers and the team
- Ability to support the manager in various tasks such as setting up the room, planning services, managing banquets and orders
- Advanced organization to ensure smooth operation of the Room part
- Motivating salary based on Experience and Evolution.

- Continuous schedule and breaks according to schedule
- Rest every Sunday evening, Mondays, Tuesdays
- f^Annual closure during the end-of-year holidays, approximately minimum 10 days
