These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between the restaurant “Le Relais de la Croix Blanche” and its customers. Any order placed with our establishment implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Order:

Orders can be placed on site, by phone or online. For any order, we ask our customers to provide us with their full contact details (surname, first name, telephone) and the date and time of the reservation.

Price:

The prices displayed on our menu include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

Payment can be made by credit card, cash or cheque. We do not accept payment by bank transfer. Checks are only accepted on presentation of an identity document and after validation by our check verification system. All payments must be made in euros.

Cancelation:

Any order cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the date and time of the reservation. In the event of late cancellation or absence without notice, a penalty equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the order will be applied.

Responsibility:

Our restaurant cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal items belonging to customers.
